The SKY Floor is one of the most flexible and lightweight vehicle floor systems available for professional minibus conversions.
Constructed from composite material combined with durable aluminium profiles, the system combines exceptional strength and performance with minimal weight, making it ideal for both M1 and M2 conversions.
Weighing as little as 58 kg with 6 integrated rails for a Mercedes Sprinter A2 or MAN TGE L3 the SKY Floor is ideal for electric vehicles in which every kilogram matters. As such it outperforms any full-aluminium floor available on the market.
With a wide range of standard layouts available, the SKY floor fits almost any demands you might have. But should you have special requirement that cannot be fulfilled with a standard layout, the adaptable rail design opens up endless possibilities for positioning seats and wheelchairs according to your specific transportation needs.

The SKY Floor is delivered fully assembled with vinyl already applied, ready to be glued directly into the vehicle in one or two pieces, depending on your preference.
No additional cutting or adaptation is required.
This design ensures a quick and clean installation, which can be completed in as little as 20 minutes — saving valuable workshop time while maintaining durability and precision.
